Chengli Group Launches Procurement and Warehouse Management Training to Strengthen Its Supply Chain Foundation

Why Procurement and Warehouse Management Training Matters

As a leading domestic specialty vehicle manufacturer, Chengli Group has long followed a talent-driven growth strategy and invested in a robust supply chain. Procurement and warehousing are the logistics backbone of specialty vehicle manufacturing. A stable, efficient and compliant materials supply is essential for delivering chassis and upper-structure components on time and for fulfilling orders from customers at home and abroad.

The program focused on five core modules.

Module 1: Value Positioning – Building Consensus on Supply Chain Value

The Procurement and Warehouse Management Training established that procurement and warehouse roles are core functions controlling cost, delivery, loss prevention and profit. Linking each role to the Group’s full business chain, it built a shared understanding of their central place in chassis sourcing, parts inventory and materials turnover.

Module 2: Full-Process Standards – Standardizing Operations and Exception Handling

Trainers walked through the full procurement chain and broke down response plans for exceptions that arise during execution. Standardizing operations in this way improves how employees handle unexpected issues and supports smooth order fulfillment and materials flow.

Module 3: Risk Control and Safety – Maintaining Compliance and Managing Risk

Participants reviewed the critical boundaries of procurement and warehouse management, including cost control and materials management requirements. Clear protocols reinforced risk awareness and compliance, helping to eliminate hidden risks such as operational violations and materials loss.

Module 4: Digital Empowerment – Advancing Digital Supply Chain Management

Participants were introduced to the functional modules of the Group’s digital management system and the results it has delivered. Supporting the shift from traditional manual management to digital, visualized management, the system improves the efficiency of material flow.

Module 5: Summary and Improvement – Translating Knowledge into Action

The Procurement and Warehouse Management Training closed with a review and discussion session, where participants shared experiences from daily work cases to consolidate learning and apply it in day-to-day operations.

Looking Ahead

This training is part of Chengli Group’s broader effort to strengthen role-specific skills across all functions. Through continuous talent development, Chengli will keep upgrading management and optimizing procurement and warehouse systems, so it can better serve global customers with reliable specialty vehicles and dependable service.
