At 09:58 on June 18, construction officially commenced at the CLW commercial vehicle headquarters in the Zengdu Economic Development Zone, Suizhou. Excavators, pile drivers, and heavy-duty earth-moving equipment roared into action, signaling the launch of a transformative project for both CLW Group and the regional specialized vehicle industry.

The new 17-story CLW commercial vehicle headquarters will cover a total floor area of 40,000 square meters. Designed as a landmark project within Suizhou’s specialized vehicle sector, the complex will integrate:

Strengthening the Industrial Foundation for Global Expansion
Phases I and II of the CLW Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park, covering 1,500 mu (approximately 250 acres), have already emerged as a new industrial landmark in Suizhou. The park is steadily evolving into a global hub for specialized vehicle procurement and worldwide distribution.
Upon full completion, the industrial park will expand to 3,000 mu, providing a solid foundation for Suizhou to establish itself as a true global center for specialized vehicles, commercial vehicles, and new energy vehicle industrial clusters supporting the technology roadmap of China’s new energy vehicle industry, developed under MIIT’s guidance.
