The facility is a subsidiary jointly established by Chengli Group and local partners. The establishment of the facility received strong support from the Rui’an Municipal Government. Remarkably, it progressed from project signing to full production in just seven months, setting a record known as the “Rui’an Speed”.

The facility specializes in the manufacturing of various types of special-purpose vehicles. Its comprehensive product line includes high-end refrigerated trucks, sanitation vehicles (such as street sweepers and sprinklers), airport special vehicles (like baggage tractors), emergency rescue vehicles, and engineering trucks.

Leveraging the technological resources of its parent group, the facility has achieved breakthroughs in areas such as new insulation materials for refrigerated trucks and the application of carbon fiber. In terms of market development, while meeting domestic demand, the company strategically plans to expand into overseas markets, with a focus on the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
