Full CIP Automatic Cleaning System Without Dead Angles
A fully integrated Clean-in-Place (CIP) system delivers rapid, dead-corner-free sanitation, with two 360° rotary spray balls installed in each independent compartment. All control valves and lead seal ports are centrally housed in a dedicated rear operation box, while the 51 mm diameter outlet supports custom threading to minimize milk residue and discharge loss.
Superior Insulation Structure for Stable Temperature Control
The 22000l milk tanker truck incorporates a specialized 70 mm PU foam plus 10 mm rubber sponge insulation jacket, purpose-built to maintain strict cold-chain compliance on extended routes. The seamless anti-condensation construction prevents external sweating and guarantees temperature stability within 2–3°C over 24 h, safeguarding milk quality from farm to plant.
