Traffic Cone Auto Handler Truck is built by Chengli Equipment. It uses Sinotruk Howo chassis with Weichai engine and lithium iron phosphate battery. It supports driving and mains dual charging with zero emission during operation. The truck can store over 500 traffic cones. It lays cones at up to 15km/h and retrieves cones at 12km/h, finishing 5km road cone placement and collection within 30 minutes. Equipped with PLC control and laser navigation, it can set cone spacing freely and switch multiple lane closure modes with one click, automatically laying and recovering traffic cones. Only 3 staff (driver + two operators) are needed. Traffic Cone Auto Handler Truck cuts manpower by half and doubles efficiency compared with traditional manual work. Operators work inside enclosed cab with monitoring and warning lights for safety. Widely used for highway, urban expressway and airport road maintenance & emergency lane closure.
