Comprehensive Warranty Protection
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Our comprehensive warranty policies ensure that every new Chengli vehicle and piece of equipment comes with robust standard coverage.
Coverage Period: A minimum of 12 months or 25,000 – 50,000 kilometers from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first.
What’s Covered: We will supply replacement parts and components free of charge for any defect in material or workmanship. Consumable items such as filters, lubricants, and tires are excluded.
What’s Not Covered: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
Post-Warranty Support: After the warranty period, you will continue to enjoy access to genuine parts at our preferential factory price policy.

To guarantee uptime and longevity, we have a streamlined system for parts supply.
Long-Term Availability: Spare parts will remain available for the expected 10-15 year service life of the product.
