Chengli Heavy Wuhan Huangpi Automobile Industrial Park is the wholly owned subsidiary of Chengli Group, strategically located in Wuhan, Hubei. It specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-end special-purpose vehicles, emergency equipment, and components, positioning itself as a model enterprise for premium special-purpose vehicle manufacturing in China.

The company is a designated high-tech enterprise by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was honored as a “Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative” (Little Giant” Enterprise) of Hubei Province in 2021.

With a total investment of 3 billion CNY, the facility is structured in three phases. Following the commencement of its Phase III facility in July 2025, the total annual production capacity will reach 5,000 sets of emergency equipment. The current aggregate annual production capacity is 30,000 vehicles (units). The facility employs 3,000 staff, including 200 mid-to-senior level engineers. Its commitment to innovation is supported by ownership of 60 patents and adherence to international standards such as ISO9001 certification.
